Jeff is a retired partner of Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP. For the past 40 years, he has advised companies and their boards in every industry around the world on environmental transaction management, strategic risk assessment, stakeholder engagement and the role of capital markets. Jeff is a graduate of Harvard College and received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
