
Judith Albert
FORMER EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, E2; FORMER BOARD CHAIR, CORNERSTONE CAPITAL
Judith Albert bridges the worlds of finance and sustainability. An investment banker for over 20 years at JPMorgan and Bear Stearns, and a corporate lawyer at Paul Weiss before that, she has extensive experience in M&A and corporate finance, with a focus on Latin America. As executive director of Environmental Entrepreneurs (an affiliate of NRDC), she ran a network of business executives who promote sound environmental policy on the economic merits. More recently, she taught on corporate sustainability and social responsibility at The New School.
Judith serves on the boards of Inside Climate News, a nonprofit news organization; PS21, an innovative performance space in Columbia County; and the North Chatham Library. She is past chair of Cornerstone Capital Group; a finance committee member of the Latin American Studies Association; and a review panel member for the NYC Green Relief & Recovery Fund.
She is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.
